You will manage a caseload of students, many from marginalised or underrepresented backgrounds, offering expert advice, action planning, and wellbeing interventions. Is confident in assessing and managing risk.
Brings a nuanced understanding of the student experience and barriers faced by marginalised groups.
Has lived experience of minoritised ethnicity and is committed to using this perspective to support others.
Thrives in a collaborative, student-focused environment and can adapt to evolving challenges with empathy and professionalism.
