For designing of houses, bungalows, garden buildings etc. The candidate must be able to demonstrate the following: - Have excellent command of English, both written and spoken. Computer literate. Have excellent AutoCAD, photoshop, sketch up skills. Experience in InDe ign and 3d rendering packages. Good presentation skills. Good mathematical skills. Knowledge of technical construction and understanding of current UK Building/Plannning Regulations. You must be a confident, friendly and outgoing person who is able to work well within a team. Must have driving licence as may be asked to go to site. Salary to be discussed at interview. Hours: 08.30am - 5.00pm Workplace Pension 28 days per annum (this includes all bank holidays) Must have transport due to the location of the business and that there is no public transport to the village.
