This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with either block management or residential property management experience who is ready to take the next step n their career and take on greater responsibility. You’ll play a key role within the business, managing a team of Property Managers while continuing to oversee your own portfolio and day-to-day property management responsibilities. You’ll also be responsible for: - Managing, supporting and developing a team of Property Managers - Training and mentoring new members of staff - Overseeing property portfolios and maintaining excellent client relationships - Conducting property inspections and site visits - Carrying out check-ins and ensuring properties are managed to a high standard - Dealing with day-to-day property management issues and ensuring they are resolved efficiently
