FULL TIME ADMINISTRATOR required for Intumescent systems Ltd, Envirograf House, Barfrestone, nr Dover, Kent, CT15 7JG. You would be working with the MD and other staff. The position is for someone who has a confident telephone manner, able to use Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel and Outlook) and Internet proficiently, would be typing up letters and e mails, dealing with his diary and enqui ies on a day-to-day basis. Must be able to work under specific instruction when required, also be able to multitask if needed and able to work comfortably alone. This position is sometimes where time is of the essence is needed. Experience and attributes required for this role are: - Previous administration experience and Microsoft office skills Good written and verbal communication skills. Excellent attention to detail. THIS IS A FULL TIME POSITION 08.30am - 5.30pm Monday – Friday 28 days holidays, (this includes all bank holidays) Salary to be discussed on application for position.
