Our high end professional client are looking for a Receptionist on an adhoc basis - to cover for holidays, sickness and courses. Most of the times these dates are booked in advance for courses and holidays, but sometimes cover is required at the last minute to cover sickness. Generally this cover would always be weekdays - but occasionally it might be a Saturday. Hours 9-6pm Beautiful office and friendly staff. This a temporary on going role - it would NOT suit someone whilst they are looking for a permanent position as my clients wants to have the same temp. Your new company Our Client is looking to add to their Credit control team! Your new role * Manage various debts * Progress debts promptly through recovery cycles * Handle debtor and third-party correspondence via post, email, and phone. * Make proactive calls for debt recovery, process payments, and set up Direct Debits * Trace missing debtors using tracing agencies and systems * Refer cases to Debt Collectors, review their returns, and complete County Court Claims * Recommend and prepare write-offs * Record recovery actions in IT systems * Ensure compliance, regulatory, and audit requirements What you'll need to succeed * Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel * Adaptable and flexible in a changing environment * Experience in debt recovery and credit control * Strong telephony skills * Team player, willing to assist others when needed * Self-motivated, able to meet targets * Confident and professional in self-management * Produces high-quality, accurate documentation What you'll get in return * 1 day in the office in
