We’re seeking a Paint Prepper / Shot Blaster t join our skilled production team - someone who takes pride in high-quality surface preparation and knows what it takes to get components ready for coating. What You’ll Be Doing: – Operate shot blast equipment to prep fabricated parts to the highest standards. – Prepare components through sanding, degreasing, fettling, sealing, and masking for wet painting. – Protect critical areas such as threads and bores during prep. – Use power tools to drill, sand, and clean components. – Maintain equipment, keeping shot blasting gear clean and safe. – Work safely and efficiently, ensuring every part leaves your hands paint-ready. We're looking for a skilled and dependable Estates Technician to help keep our Tonbridge campus running smoothly and safely. If you take pride in fixing problems, staying ahead of maintenance needs and being part of a hands-on, supportive team — we want to hear from you! What you’ll do: Carry out a wide range of reactive and planned maintenance tasks across College buildings. Handle eme gency repairs from plumbing and lighting to locks and basic furniture fixes. Ensure plant, machinery, and essential services are well maintained and fully operational. Maintain and update records related to risk assessments, CoSHH, emergency lighting, fire controls, and chemical safety.
