FULL TIME ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT REQUIRED The position is based at our manufacturing site in Barfrestone, Nr Dover, Kent, CT15 7JG. This position is for someone who is experienced in Admin and who has a confident telephone manner, able to use Microsoft Office (i.e: Word, Excel) Outlook, Internet, CRM packages. You may be in the main admin office in a basic administration role answering he telephone, helping take enquiries on the telephone and entering their details onto our CRM System, sending out literature/mailshots when required, or helping get calls for the MD, helping his assistant with letters etc for him when she is busy. Experience and attributes required for this role are: - Previous administration experience (Microsoft, CRM Databases, etc.) Good written and spoken English preferable. Excellent attention to detail. Ability to multi task if needed. Able to work well on your own or in a team. Company Sales Representative required by Intumescent Systems Ltd (Envirograf) Would be working at our Dover Office, Enterprise House, Poulton Close, Dover, Kent, CT17 0HL This person would be dealing with new enquiries from customers both on the telephone and in the Sales Exhibition room on our Envirowall Fireproof Panel Building System and buildings and Eco products (literature is supplied) also Envirograf passive fire prevention products. Its aim is to provide Affordable Housing for councils etc, for homeless people, and also for people trying to get on the property ladder etc, it would involve making people aware of firestopping that is required in all buildings new or old. This would involve following up enquiries made and passing information to head office on how sales are progressing. Salary according to experience, this will be discussed in the interview.
