What you’ll do: Carry out a wide range of reactive and planned maintenance tasks across College buildings. Handle eme gency repairs from plumbing and lighting to locks and basic furniture fixes. Ensure plant, machinery, and essential services are well maintained and fully operational. Maintain and update records related to risk assessments, CoSHH, emergency lighting, fire controls, and chemical safety. Use our Estates Helpdesk system to log work and keep things running efficiently. What we’re looking for: A practical, hands-on professional with a solid range of general maintenance skills. Confident using a variety of power tools and equipment. Strong understanding of health & safety in a facilities or estates environment. Full driving licence and willingness to undergo further training as need

Premier Work Support are currently looking for a Production Operative to join a busy production department for our prestigious client based in the Swanley area on a Temporary basis. Main Duties: * Manufacture products accurately and efficiently using a range of hand and power tools. * Read and interpret measurements, technical drawings, and plans to produce items to exact specifications. * Assemble, cut and build materials in line with job requirements and production schedules. * Ensure all work meets quality standards and is completed with a high level of attention to detail. * Adhere to all health and safety guidelines, including safe use of tools and equipment. * Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets and deadline * Report any issues, defects or safety concerns to supervisors promptly.
