This interim HR Advisor / HR Officer role will provide managers with practical solution-focused HR advice on general HR and People matters. This is a 1 to 3 months temporary role that could go permanent, ideally based on site 5 days a week but could WFH 1 day if required. Duties Include Overseeing recruitment and onboarding processes, organisational development, and employee relations. Ensuring policies and procedures are in line with current employment legislation.
