Duties Handle incoming calls and emails efficiently and in a friendly manner Perform data entry and filing Assist with the processing of penalty charge notices Help with booking in of services and MOT's on the service desk and service administration. Maintain accurate records ensuring all paperwork is processed accurately Support office management activities such as organizing supplies, maintaining office equipment, and overseeing general administrative functions Support personal assistant duties including calendar management and scheduling for executives or staff members Skills Strong IT skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.
