FULL TIME ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT REQUIRED The position is based at our manufacturing site in Barfrestone, Nr Dover, Kent, CT15 7JG. This position is for someone who is experienced in Admin and who has a confident telephone manner, able to use Microsoft Office (i.e., Word, Excel) Outlook, Internet, CRM packages. You would be helping with administration tasks for the MD (i.e. getting cust mers/staff on the phone, sending e mails/letters out to customers etc) You also would be helping the main admin office in a basic administration role answering the telephone, helping take enquiries on the telephone and entering their details onto our CRM System, sending letters and literature/mailshots out when required, when not required by the MD.
