We're looking for a skilled and dependable Estates Technician to help keep our Tonbridge campus running smoothly and safely. If you take pride in fixing problems, staying ahead of maintenance needs and being part of a hands-on, supportive team — we want to hear from you! What you’ll do: Carry out a wide range of reactive and planned maintenance tasks across College buildings. Handle eme gency repairs from plumbing and lighting to locks and basic furniture fixes. Ensure plant, machinery, and essential services are well maintained and fully operational. Maintain and update records related to risk assessments, CoSHH, emergency lighting, fire controls, and chemical safety.
