We are currently seeking Waste Attendant Operatives to work for one of our busy clients based around the South East of Kent. Candidates who wish to apply must be open to travel to at least 3 of the different sites listed below The job entails working within a team to help keep the site clean and tidy, assisting members of the public to unload heavy items and directing them to the correct are s of the sites, so customer service skills is a must. This will involve working outdoors in all weather conditions. Candidates who apply must be able to travel to at least, two different sites. Shifts times are: Monday - Saturday 08:00 - 16:30 with a 30 min break unpaid. Sunday 09:00-16:00 with a 30 min break unpaid. You will be working no more than 6 shifts per week with at least 2 days off. Job Title: Handler / Loader Reporting to: Handling Shift Leader / Yard Manager Permanent: Salary £25K - £30K per annum Transport Essential Key Responsibilities: Work as part of the team to ensure it meets daily loading requirements and other agreed objectives. Picking accuracy, housekeeping, and stock accuracy. Contribute to continuous improvement of the team to reduce error and waste to reduce cost.
