Duties Include: - HR duties for staff (on boarding new staff, holiday approvals) - Answering telephone calls - Office maintenance and management - Managing day-to-day financial transactions, including invoice processing, reconciliations, and payments. - Emails and calls on behalf of the partners - Providing additional support to other departmental areas of the business on an ad hoc basis - Other general admin / support for staff and partners Previous experience in an admin or as an accounts assistant/bookkeeping role would be advantageous but company training will be provided.
