This is a stand alone role. Your main responsibilities will be around workforce & organisational development, employee relations, coaching & development, staff engagement & wellbeing, line management, as well as a number of general duties and responsibilities The ideal candidate will possess the following: * CIPD Level 5 qualified is preferred. * Minimum 5 years' HR management experience, ideally from within a similar manufacturing or transferable background. * Experience in a standalone HR generalist role. * Solid demonstrable understanding of employment law. * Excellent communication skills - able to adapt approach to all level
