Background of department/role The role provides high quality administrative support to colleagues from across the Faculty Executive Group. The primary focus will be supporting the Faculty Executive directly in arranging meetings and diary support, bringing forward papers, sense-checking and editing documents, maintaining agreed areas within the faculty SharePoint, uploading data on to data sys ems and administering some delegated StaffSpace functions, along with other duties commensurate with the role as required. The role will also provide opportunities in supporting larger school and faculty activity, including special events, staff and student recruitment, conference facilitation and welcoming/supporting external guests and visitors invited to the faculty.
