We have vacancies for Conveyancing Assistants to join our Shared Ownership Resales team based in our Whitstable office. These are full-time office-based role covers 08.30 – 17.00, Monday to Friday and is inclusive of a one-hour lunch break. The positions are administration and customer service roles working alongside and supporting experienced Conveyancers. You will become the main point of c ntact on client files, dealing with the clients, Housing Associations and their solicitors, estate agencies, mortgage companies and mortgage brokers. You will also support your Conveyancer by dealing with conveyancing process administration tasks which will assist in progressing sale and purchase transactions. Prior experience is not a requirement (though experience in conveyancing would be advantageous), but having a positive, flexible and professional approach is a must.
