In this position, you will join a busy (and fun!) office based environment, working as part of a team, playing a crucial role in the delivery of service to all existing clients. Following full training, you will :-
- Communicate with customers by phone and email;
- Receive and create enquiries; produce quotations and process orders;
- Place orders with suppliers and complete purchasing administration;
- Allocate workload to different teams, briefing them on escalated queries/specialist requests;
- Generate product documents and invoices;
- Organise shipments / couriers;
- Seeing orders to completion delivering customer after care to ensure satisfaction.
Work with high-end and luxury customers!!
Mon-Fri 9-5 with optional over time (paid extra!)
£25,000
Fun and welcoming team atmosphere - many of the team joined in this role!
Full and extensive training - so, no prior direct experience needed! Could be a great role for someone with office-based experience to take their career forwards, or for someone with experience in another field such as hospitality or retail, to move into a Mon-Fri office based career role!
