We are seeking a highly motivated Assistant Site Manager with proven experience in large-scale residential housing developments. This is a temporary role with
Long-term prospects for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Site Manager in day-to-day operations
* Oversee subcontractors and ensure work is completed to high standards
* Maintain health & safety compliance across the site
* Assist with scheduling, reporting, and quality control
* Liaise with suppliers, clients, and internal teams
Requirements:

Experience of managing large-scale housing projects
â
Valid SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS certifications
â
Strong leadership and communication skills
â
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
