Ideally the successful candidate should have 3 years or more experience within the landscaping sector, full driving licence and CSCS card. They should have excellent communications skills with both the public and members of their team, self-motivated, reliable and organised. They need to understand the importance of running each job to a timescale and making sure that they complete on time. The role will involve you working with a team of operatives, responsible for your van and the ordering of materials for jobs as well as managing the timeline for each job, liaising with the managing director as well as the client, commercial or private.
